Benq MID Aries2, a tough rival for the Nokia Internet Tablet
August 7th, 2008 | by Operator
When I saw the news on Spaziocellulare, I was pleasantly surprised, not so much to see the manufacturer. However, the specifications of this MID (Mobile Internet Device) I have marveled. Is supposed to use any GNU / Linux distribution (finger friendly) to use it directly with your fingers and use the G-senser it carries. Available in Europe in this very room.
I think Nokia should put the batteries with the Internet Tablet and get the specifications of its machines in its next iteration, to achieve greater performance and power to move other distributions other than maemo more comfortable. A part of this is evident as reflected in a recent survey, users of tablet demand independent 3G/HSDPA connectivity to external devices. If not, I think many will end up at the end succumbed to the temptation of devices like the BenQ.
