   I work with a mobile movistar.
   I tried everything and nothing, I think the phone locks the update.
   Does anybody happened? "Has solved?

   I will bring it this morning with a vodafone and smoothly. I've done with XP from a virtual machine. See if the problem is antivirus, firewall or you have service pack 3

   I just reformat the PC. I had no antivirus (if windows firewall, but I gave permissions to NSU) and sp2.
   Have done something of movistar. Nor let me reinstall it has, leaving the product code number.

   I have one of vodafone and had updated the version with the free code then release the phone and I use it with movistar and not let me update.

   I just updated today (21/08/08) to version v3.0633.69.00. I have a e65 from vodafone and all fine. I try several times before I could no (nose I did this time haha). Uninstall everything related to nokia (everything from adding or KITAR programs) and started over again.

   * first of all, you ought to have the following programs *
   -Nemesis 1.0.38.14 (NSS)
   -Nokia PC Suite 6.84.10
   -Nokia Software Updater (NSU) (v1.4.53en)

   1 First of all we have to have installed the following soft: suiteNSU pc (nokia software update) and Nemesis

   2nd Once installed, reboot and open the Nemesis with the terminal connected in pc suite mode, then mark the magnifying glass at the top right and once the phone is read, go to the option phonInfo and Click.

   3rd Now press the middle right scan and then check the Read option is appropriate for these data apuntéis something inappropriate tab and mark the product code and replace the code that appears by the free model: we scored Write Finally 0,543,460 and ready, code changed.

    I have updated without problems, I did it with this code: 0545446. but it seems to 0543460, also works. Once overwritten the code go to NSU and we must say that there is a new update, if we already have the latest version, with operator logos, we should re-update so that we put the same firm but without logos.

    I also have Windows XP with SP3 and the nemesis change my code 0543460 and I tried the first with 0,545,446 and did not work.
