Horizon Symbian: Start of response

Recently we noted that Nokia should force the renewal of symbian to begin to compete on equal footing with other operating systems that had the advantage, inter alia, the publication of applications.
There seems to be a response by Symbian Symbian launched Horizon, a program for publishing applications that is free and no fees of any kind.
The idea is to complement it with the Ovi Store and show developers that the fact that symbian control almost 50% of smartphones in the market is a definite plus as they will have higher market potential.
If there will be delays to the public in October.

Let's see how will this initiative, the matter is that I think others should look very thoroughly the operating system in question and that it is this being out of step with what's coming out today.
